White foods have received bad rap, mainly because they are processed types. Avoiding white processed foods such as white sugar and white flour, may not only improve your midsection, but your health in general. However some white foods are actually good for you.

Belonging to the cruciferous family which includes broccoli, kale, and Brussels sprouts, cauliflower is a vegetable that can be eaten cooked or raw. It is high in fiber, which promotes satiety and regularity, both of which may support fat loss. Cauliflower may also promote immune system, and cardiovascular health, among other health benefits.
2. Organic Greek yogurt
Containing more than double the amount of protein in regular yogurt, Greek yogurt is popular with fitness enthusiasts for building lean mass.
