Heard of something known as leptin? It is one of the most important hormones in the body, with an equally important bearing to your health. If you struggle with weight loss you may want to pay closer attention to this hormone.
You see, leptin has been dubbed “the obesity hormone”, and for good reason. The levels of this hormone in your body may be a major contributing factor for some people. For yet some other people, it is resistance to this hormone that causes weight gain. That leptin is also linked to your hunger and appetite signals… well, you begin to see just how important it is to your weight loss endeavors and your health in general.
It appears that leptin plays other roles to health beyond weight loss (or gain). High levels of this hormone (also referred to as a protein) may reduce risk of two debilitating diseases that affect the brain. Watch video below:

Though not as popular as other weight loss supplements such as raspberry ketones, green coffee bean and African mango, leptin supplements could be the key to shedding pounds for some. The right types of supplements should address both leptin levels and leptin resistance. I will be posting a more detailed article on this hormone in the near future. Keep watching this blog.
