Put one cup natural peanut butter, four scoops vanilla protein powder and one cup of granulated low-calorie sweetener into a bowl. Combine with a spoon or electric mixer. Roll the mixture into bite sized balls and coat in cocoa powder or almond meal. Store in refrigerator.
Using an electric mixer, beat one cup of whipping cream until stiff. Stir in two scoops of any flavor whey protein, two tablespoons of granulated sweetener and half a cup of plain yogurt. Divide between dessert bowls and garnish with fresh berries or toasted nuts.
In a mixing bowl combine half a cup of almond meal, one and a half cups of whey protein (any flavor), two tablespoons peanut butter and one cup of powdered milk. Use your hands to work the mixture. Add water one teaspoon at a time to create a stiff, sticky dough. Press firmly into a buttered cake pan. Refrigerate for a few hours to set. Cut into as many bars as you like.
Beat an egg in a small microwavable bowl. Add one and a half scoops of chocolate whey protein and a tablespoon of peanut butter. Beat well to combine the ingredients. Microwave on full power for one minute and thirty seconds. Allow to cool and enjoy straight from the bowl.
In a blender, whiz together three eggs, two scoops banana protein powder and two tablespoons of ricotta cheese. Cook a third of the mixture at a time in a buttered frying pan over medium heat. Turn each pancake when the bottom is set.
