It is no secret that our food has changed, and continues to change. There was a time that the term “gluten-free” was unheard of. Now gluten-free diets, products, recipes, books and all are big business. Aisles dedicated to this what has become a lifestyle are expected to be in stores. Yet, gluten is not the only thing we should be concerned about.

This is why I choose to go with the experts who are of the view that getting nutrients from food sources alone is not enough. And the reason I will continue to take my daily multivitamin, fish oil and other supplements. And why I’m against genetically modified food.
