Needless to say, weight loss is big business. Just looking at the types of celebrities doing weight loss commercials can give one an idea of the kind of money involved. There are all kinds of diets, supplements and other products. One that has been creating a buzz recently is the African mango (Irvingia gabonensis). Is it just a fad or is it here to stay?
It is not surprising that another "natural" weight loss product is creating such interest. The word "natural" is synonymous with safety, even though some things that grow on the ground can actually kill you.
