Kim And Khloé Kardashian: Different Approach To Fitness (Watch)

You can love or hate them. But you can’t ignore them. They are the Kardashians, famous for just being famous. And they have no qualms about cashing in on it. Neither would I. Arguably the most famous, and with notoriety to go with it, is Kim. Personally I prefer Khloé. Why?

Well, she’s not only beautiful, she’s also a fitness nut like I am – or at least once was before age started taking over. And she loves her workouts like I love mine: intense. This is where she differs from older sister Kim. Watch this video as Khloé explains it to Ellen Degeneres:

You can’t train intense and train long. I no longer have the patience to spend endless hours in the gym. Life is short and there are other things to do. I also discovered that I could still achieve my goals this way, sometimes even better. And I love the feeling I get once those intense workouts are completed. The sense of accomplishment mixed with endorphins… love it so much.

It is also somewhat reassuring to know that, again like me, Khloé doesn’t have perfect genes. She envies her sister who doesn’t have to work as hard as she does to get in shape. She compares her sister to a Ferrari and herself to a Honda Civic when it comes to burning fat.

Khloé is also willing to try different things. She says so in the video as she talks about cooking. But this goes to other aspects of her life as well. Like working out in a sauna suit that makes one sweat more.

Not that she doesn’t have struggles of her own:

One of the biggest struggles of my life is my weight. My weight is always going up and down, and I’m always fighting that, and I think that no matter what I do, I’m never going to look good enough to everybody else.
