It’s been a while since I last posted a recipe. I will start posting simple or easy healthy eating recipes and hacks as I find them. Such as this healthy banana oatmeal pancakes recipe and I stumbled across recently. You can watch in in the video below for my hopefully helpful input.
The pancakes are gluten-free. For vegans or anyone who wants to avoid eggs, the recipe also shows you how you can make the pancakes without using eggs. Plus how to mix the batter without a blender if you don’t have one, and how to avoid unknowingly consuming gluten if you have sensitivity. It’s like the presenter thought of everything.
I love pancakes. And oatmeal is usually my choice pre-workout meal (for energy). Now I can get the best of both worlds with this recipe.
